How do I qualify?
- You must be a U.S. citizen and 18 or older and have a valid state ID or state driver's license
- You must be employed 2 or more years (provide 3 current check stubs, a W2 or 1099 from the prior year)
- No evictions within the last 5 years (no convictions or felonies)
- You must have a good rental history (no missed or late payments for the last 12 months)
- You must provide a non- refundable lease option fee
- You must consent to a background check

Buyers get to move into a house right away, with a determined amount of time to work on improving their credit score, and/or saving for a down payment. Certain terms and conditions must be met, in accordance with the contract. The tenant/buyer does not have to purchase the house. A non-refundable lease option fee may be required.
